This guide will walk you through setting up filters on the Tailwarden inventory to gain deeper insights into your cloud infrastructure
How to set up filters on the inventory

As of now, filters in Tailwarden can only be combined using 'AND' conditions.
List of available fields and filter
Cloud providers:
Description: The Cloud Service Provider (CSP).
Examples: AWS ; GCP ; etc.
Filters: is ; is not ; contains ; does not contain
Cloud account:
Description: The various cloud accounts you have integrated with Tailwarden.
Filters: is ; is not ; contains ; does not contain
Cloud region:
Description: The region where the resource is located.
Examples: eu-west-3 ; EUROPE-WEST3
Filters: is ; is not ; contains ; does not contain ; is empty ; is not empty
Cloud service:
Description: The specific cloud service being used.
Examples: eu-west-3 ; EUROPE-WEST3
Filters: is ; is not ; contains ; does not contain ; is empty ; is not empty
Resource name:
Description: The name of the resource.
Filters: is ; is not ; contains ; does not contain ; is empty ; is not empty
Cost
Description: The current monthly cost in USD.
Filters: is equal to ; is greater than ; is less than ; is between
Last month cost
Description: The last month cost in USD.
Filters: is equal to ; is greater than ; is less than ; is between
Last 24h cost
Description: The last 24h (UTC) cost in USD.
Filters: is equal to ; is greater than ; is less than ; is between
Creation Date:
Description: The date when the resource was created.
Filters: is ; is not ; is before ; is after ; is between ; is empty ; is not empty
All tags:
Description: Filters resources based on the presence or absence of any tags.
Filters: which are empty ; which are not empty
Specific tags:
Description: Filters based on specific tag keys and values.

Tag dimension:

Saving a Filter
To save your filters, create a view. For instructions on creating, updating, or deleting a view, please refer to this page.
Current limitation
The primary limitation at present is the inability to set up 'OR' conditions between different filters; only 'AND' conditions are available.
